Has spent more than 30 years of his professional career working in food companies, first throughout 18 years in several European subsidiaries of DANONE Group, then as strategic adviser dedicated to in-depth reorganisation and administration of food companies, often in the capacity of general manager within interim management process. Since 2006 he has worked as a specialist of M&A of food companies, first in association with French partners, and now with RJCE. In addition, beginning in 1998 he gives regular teaching engagements on business matters for third course doctorate students in both Montpellier and Barcelona.
