ALBERTO LLORENS RIUS

He built up his professional career in the auditing and consulting areas with Arthur Andersen for 18 years where he was promoted to partner in 1990. He was the partner in Catalonia responsible for the consumer division of said company from 1990 to 1996, the year in which he founded, together with other partners, BK&L, a boutique specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. In 2008 this boutique was incorporated into the Roca Junyent Business Consulting firm where he is currently partner. He was advisor to Lacrem, S.A. (Farggi) and is presently advisor to García Munté Energía, S.L., which operates in the energy sector; to Zanini AutoGrup, S.A. an automotive parts manufacturer; to Grupo Guasch, a company in the textiles sector and to Tintes Industriales del Punto, S.A., a company which dyes and finishes knitwear.

He was Associated Lecturer in the Business Economics department at Barcelona University, in the areas of Strategic Management and Management Control.

He has a wide range of experience in strategic consulting, especially in the areas of family businesses and in mergers and acquisitions both national and international level.
